MTA productions on subway, Metro-North or LIRR property need dedicated rider language, Port Authority shoots at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark or the bridges and tunnels demand additional limits, and private Class A buildings across Midtown and Hudson Yards routinely ask for $5M to $10M umbrellas before access is granted.
