The NYS Film Tax Credit gives 30 percent on qualifying production spend with a 10 percent NYC uplift in the metropolitan zone, plus a 30-35 percent post-prod credit and a 35 percent uplift for upstate work — administered by Empire State Development, claimed against ATL/BTL spend tracked through the NYS Film Tax Credit Program.
