They run multi-vendor pipelines spanning edit, Dolby Atmos mix theatres, HDR grading suites, full VFX pipelines and IMF mastering, supervise picture-lock dates against the Empire State Development PCN (Production Cost Notification) and PTC (Production Tax Credit) certification workflow, and structure qualifying post spend allocation to preserve the NY State 30% production credit plus 10% NYC uplift plus the 30-35% post-prod uplift on qualifying NY post work.

The Empire State Development certification file closes alongside delivery so the credit holds at PTC review.
